Time for a picnic

Happy Wednesday!

Sorry for the lack of a posting yesterday. Work got crazy busy all of a sudden with our itteration coming to a close so we are trying to make sure that everything is getting done and completed on time!

Hopefully everyone is having a great week. Try to get outside and enjoy the nice weather! I know that I will be, currently getting ready to go to a park with the rest of my team and we will be doing all sorts of activities.

Like sack races.

I am avoiding that though and I will be finding a nice tree to sit under.

Have a wonderful day everyone.

Monday Fun Day

Happy Monday!

Hopefully you all had a wonderful weekend, filled with smiles and high spirits. I had a wonderful weekend and plan to continue with it this week. A few big highlights would have to be playing Until Dawn (horror game) and Cheryl flying in.

Let us speak for a moment about Until Dawn. It is a scary game. Like a really scary game. Fantastic story telling and at least travels away from most horror tropes. Some nice twists and turns, great character development, and the decisions all have a nice weight to them.

I however am a huge chicken with these types of games. So, I mostly watched, while someone else played.

What, I can’t help that I get scared easily. But regardless of that it was an experience. Will I play it again? Nope! But I commend those that do. For those that were unable to come out and watch the whole stream, I currently have it exporting to YouTube. After that happens I will make sure to edit it all nice and neat.

As for the rest of the weekend it was relatively relaxing. Bought tons of food so that I can do some awesome cooking this week, as well as made pudding. Butterscotch pudding is the best pudding and you can not tell me otherwise.

Something else on top of the weekend was starting the show Narco’s on Netflix. Really cool premise so far and about two episodes in me can say that the show is holding my interest.

Now, onto my Monday. It is a normal one. Got the gym later, some gaming most likely as well as checking out a few apartments.

Keep up the good work everyone and the weekend will be here before we know it!

Up on the Mountain

Morning my dear readers.

I hope that today is a quick one at work so that you may all get to the weekend and enjoy it. I know that I will be, specially since there is a lot of really great things just happening in general.

I have been working towards making some nice changes in my life to lead a much healthier life style, and I have started to notice a lot of them start to take shape. From eating fresh fruit and veggies, preparing my own meals, hitting the gym every single day (other then my rest days), my body is feeling great. Of course looking at my refelction so when looking for changes it is hard to notice them, but going back and looking at pictures from when I was in Seattle to the previous pictures that have been on my Facebook. I can see the change in my physical appearnce from just working out alone.

It is a pretty great feeling.

Sure there are some signs like actually seeing a six-pack that is a pretty good pointer to muscle mass.

Just the over all feeling of getting in shape, as well as being physical fit is almost like a drug. I used to be impartial about cardio, not wanting to run unless I was required to. Now I can’t wait for cardio days and I find myself trying to push myself further and further every time.

For anyone has ever been on the fence about working out, let me give you some advice.

JUST DO IT!

Alright the moment has passed let me really say what I wanted to say. Don’t get into working out just to “lose weight” or “get abs”, try to find an element that is enjoyable and capitalize on it.

This may be a tad bit strange coming from me since I have said before that you should use goals and stres to help you get closer to the goals that have been set. But I find that with working out, at least in my experince that a general plan is better then a strict work out regime.

The feeling after working out is a wonderful bliss that I wish was easy to share.

Hopefully everyone has some amazing plans this weekend. Keep positive and keep up all the hardwork. It will all pay off soon.

See you later.

A Post of Writing

Happy Thursday!

I do hope that everyone is having a great week. I had thought that today was Friday. I was very wrong, but that must be only because I am excited for these next few weeks.

Kind of an interesting day so far, nothing to serious has been happening. The reason it is interesting, mostly to the fact of just what has been going in what is my life generally. That being said, I have already talked a bit about life and communication in previous blog posts so I will not bring them up again at least for a little while longer. But It is just interesting.

I know totally descriptive and helpful in almost everyway. I just can’t find the words currently.

I think I could use a nap, but it is cardio day.

Have a wonderful day, keep that smile and those spirits up.

Building A Longer Table

Good afternoon!

I hope that everyone had a lovely lunch, or breakfast…possibly dinner. I am not down with all the time zones, but hopefully you have eaten something today to keep the mind and body going strong. Alright we are in the middle of the week; the promise of a relaxing weekend (which I am really looking forward to) is right around the corner.

Still working through the book, as well as getting into the swing of things with the stream as well as my work out plan. This only now occurs to me that I have not had a rest day in over a week. Ah well just got to keep going, my body has not yet screamed at me to stop so I must be alright as long as I keep eating healthy.

Today is going to be a short post, mostly because there is not too much I want to get heavy into detail with. But I do want to bring up a small yet large obstacle for some.

Take a chance and talk with others. Don’t let little things get in the way of a friendship or a relationship. I know that there are a lot of talks and points that cater towards how good communication is for a relationship, and I will not deny that fact. More so, I want to bring to light just how much it helps in friendships. Be those friendships of ex-lovers all the way to new found friends; don’t block them off with a wall. Sure, there are some life events you just do not speak with in that company but there are numerous things to be gained from just hanging out with someone different or ranting and raving about the way that font looks.

There is a great many things that can be gained from opening up you a little bit to change. It is not at all bad. Of course take it in moderation, but still take some light steps towards it with that goal in mind.

That is where the title of this post comes from. I feel it sums a lot of this up really well and I just took it in the way of connections.

Build a longer table, not a fence.

See you tomorrow.
